I am a Leadership & Career Coach supporting ambitious women through the pivotal chapters that shape their careers. Whether stepping into leadership, returning from maternity leave, shifting industries, or exploring an MBA or consulting role, I help women create clarity, confidence, and alignment in their next chapter.
My work is grounded in 13+ years across consulting, professional services, and strategy including roles at Bain & Company and KPMG, combined with my CPA, CA designation, MBA from HEC Paris, and ICF coaching certification. Throughout my career, I saw the same pattern in high-achieving women - strong performance on the outside, but a desire for deeper alignment, support, and purpose on the inside.
My own turning points included navigating industry shifts, a global MBA, and later returning to consulting after becoming a mother. These pivotal moments reinforced to me how much our careers evolve with our seasons of life. These experiences also shaped the way I coach - with structure and empathy, strategy and reflection, ambition and sustainability.
