Catherine has done what most consultants only think about. She left BCG, co-founded a venture-backed fintech (SunRock, Series B, ~$50M raised), and built a career that spans strategy consulting, private equity, and startups.
Before founding SunRock, she worked at Monitor (now Deloitte S&O) in Toronto, Silver Lake (one of the world's largest tech PE firms) in California, and BCG in New York after earning her MBA at Harvard Business School. She's been on both sides of the consulting interview table, receiving offers from McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, Deloitte, and Oliver Wyman across 40+ interviews, and evaluating 80+ candidates as an interviewer.
