Before Lantern, I spent a decade at McKinsey leading teams within the healthcare and federal public sector practices. I had the privilege of serving some of our nation’s largest healthcare organizations reimagine how care is delivered with the goal of transforming healthcare, improving access to care, and driving innovation to make high-quality care adorable. A purpose that still drives my work today.
I’m energized by helping mission-driven organizations turn bold ideas into practical, durable change. I bring a mix of analytical rigor, warmth, and curiosity to every team, and I’m happiest when I’m solving messy problems alongside smart, kind humans.
