I’m a strategy and operations leader with a decade of experience helping organizations align people, processes, and priorities to deliver meaningful results.
At Bain & Company, I was part of the team leading talent strategy and operations across Texas, overseeing staffing, learning, and performance management for hundreds of consultants. I personally led development for our newest team members—those navigating the steepest learning curve—building systems and coaching models that accelerated growth and reduced early attrition.
Earlier, I helped shape Bain’s global Leadership Practice, designing programs that strengthened executive teams and trained partners worldwide in coaching and team effectiveness. I also spent 6 years sharpening the general consulting toolkit - working across industries and capabilities for Fortune 50 and PE clients. In every role, I’ve focused on enabling leaders and organizations to perform at their best—through clarity of purpose, disciplined execution, and strong culture.
Rooted in Austin and shaped by experiences at Yale SOM and UT Austin, I bring analytical rigor, operational discipline, and a people-first approach to leadership. Outside of work, I’m a mother and avid traveler to more than 70 countries, inspired by the diversity of people and perspectives I’ve encountered along the way. I’m also a former Junior Women’s World Champion Wakeboarder—an experience that taught me focus, resilience, and joy in the pursuit of mastery.
