Certified coach with a decade of strategy consulting experience, supporting high achievers through periods of transition, pressure, and growth. I work with leaders and ambitious professionals who look successful on paper but feel disconnected, stretched thin, or out of alignment - often stepping into new roles, navigating change, or sensing burnout creeping in.
My work focuses on helping people build a more meaningful relationship with themselves and the people around them, so they can channel their drive and intensity in a way that’s sustainable, confident, and authentic. This isn’t about chasing the next goal or “fixing” you - it’s about understanding your patterns, strengthening self-trust, and making intentional choices that actually stick.

I’m certified through the Co-Active Training Institute (CPCC) and the ICF (ACC), with additional training in Positive Intelligence (PQ). Prior to coaching, I spent ten years at Bain & Company, most recently as Manager of the ESG in Private Equity Practice Area and responsible for Bain’s global strategy for the practice, with deep consulting experience across both the US and EU.
