João Gabriel Costa Pinheiro
Law Graduate from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) with a double degree from the University of Camerino (Italy), I bring an international academic background to the challenges of the technology ecosystem.
Currently, I serve as Legal Counsel at Lastro, where I am leading the challenging mission of structuring the legal department from the ground up. In my day-to-day, I act as a strategic business partner, translating legal complexity into practical, agile solutions for the company.
I have a particular interest in topics at the intersection of Law and Innovation, specifically in Civil and Business Law, Contracts, Intellectual Property and Data Protection.
