After more than 20 years at Deloitte leading complex transformation, transaction, and finance operating initiatives, I founded Kebla to focus on these situations directly. Throughout my career, I was repeatedly asked to lead environments where timelines compressed, operating models shifted, or teams needed experienced leadership presence to stabilize delivery.
Today, I engage in embedded leadership roles across transactions, transformations, and growth environments where organizations benefit from senior operators inside the work rather than advising from the perimeter.
My experience spans growth-stage to large multinational organizations across technology, media, and entertainment sectors, often under conditions of organizational change, regulatory scrutiny, or investor visibility. I have worked across global markets and functions and operate comfortably across different leadership styles and organizational cultures.
Representative experience includes:
• Leading accounting and SEC reporting team for a ~$20B Fortune 30 corporate spin-off
• Stabilizing finance environments for companies navigating IPO, audit, or control pressure
• Designing and deploying finance systems and operating models to enable scale
• Directing IFRS consolidation across 100+ entities in 18 countries
• Recovering close performance and governance in fragmented multinational environments
