Lisa Bright is an experienced business strategist as Founding Partner of Vitalise Ventures, CEO of A Brighter Dawn, Business Case Interview Coach at Management Consulted, real estate investor, and ex-McKinsey Consultant. Her mission is to empower individuals and businesses to realize their full potential.
An accomplished entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor, she graduated top of her class with a B.S. from Miami of Ohio with 3 majors in Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain Mgmt. and 2 minors in Business Analytics and Statistics.
She began her career advising companies and government organizations at McKinsey, where she worked on a variety of projects across healthcare, insurance, PE, economic development, CPG, higher ed, and telecom.
Leaving to pursue her entrepreneurial aspirations, she launched a healthcare company with a real estate arm, providing care for individuals with disabilities. To enhance patient care and streamline operations in home health, Lisa’s team is driving groundbreaking technological innovations by developing custom automation and AI-enabled tools.
Over the past decade, she has been the leading case coach at Management Consulted, delivering 10K+ hours of 1:1 coaching to help 1K+ clients land roles at top consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain). Additionally, she hosted case interview workshops at top universities, including Columbia, Georgetown, and Carnegie Mellon, and led 10 strategy consulting projects to mentor 50+ aspiring consultants.
Leveraging her business expertise and coaching experience, she has joined Vitalise Ventures as a Founding Partner, a management consulting firm revolutionizing the traditional consulting model. By staffing projects with the client’s future leaders coached by ex-McKinsey mentors, Vitalise Ventures provides McKinsey-level strategies at a lower-cost, increases long-term project ownership and success, and builds client capabilities to tackle future challenges.
Lisa is passionate about giving back and sits on the Board of a nonprofit ministry providing access to water and care for orphaned children in India. She also enjoys spending time caring for horses on her farm.
