Hi, I’m Norma!
I’m a transformative interview coach with more than a decade of experience. My clients have landed their target roles in big tech, top consulting firms, startups, biotech, law, communications, training, and brand management. I find purpose in connecting folks to resources, both inside and outside themselves, helping them achieve more than they thought was possible. We all have superpowers to offer in our work, and magic happens when opportunity and preparation combine to help you land your dream job.
My professional journey has spanned academic advising, hospitality, teaching, behavioral medicine research, CPG brand management, and big tech. These diverse experiences, including interviewing candidates across these industries, give me a unique ability to translate your expertise to make it relevant for a new role.
This work is meaningful because career advancement can be a doorway to a new life. My career has given me access to great healthcare, the chance to travel the world, the serendipity of meeting my partner, and the privilege of giving back. But I didn’t do it alone.
