Will Acheampong
At the U.S. Soccer Federation, Will drives enterprise-wide corporate strategy, from shaping the Pathway Strategy to visioning and operationalizing the Soccer Forward Foundation, the Federation’s FIFA World Cup legacy initiative.
Prior to joining U.S. Soccer, Will began his career at Boston Consulting Group in Dallas, where he advised clients on projects involving early education, non-profit management, post-merger integration, and digital transformation. He later joined Redstone Strategy Group in New York City, where he advised philanthropic funders on investment strategies, policy advocacy, and impact evaluation.
A Houston native, Will has served on advisory boards for EMERGE and the Canfield Business Honors Program. Outside of work, he can be found supporting Chelsea Football Club, altering thrifted clothing, and coaching youth soccer.
