Yusuf Shaikh
Yusuf left BCG and built a career across three very different worlds: private equity, fintech, and big tech. He helped build the first fund at Secha Capital (a PE firm founded by two Bain alumni), then joined Yoco, South Africa's largest in-person payments company, where he led strategy, pricing, and helped double the merchant base and revenue. Now he runs the Uber One membership business across Sub-Saharan Africa.
He's also a CFA Charter Holder, which means he can speak fluently about finance exits, not just tech ones. And he's been coaching for four years through Management Consulted and independently, leading strategy sprints, webinars, and group sessions alongside 1:1 mentorship.
